3. Eligibility Requirements
To use Easy Financial Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of The Gambia
- Have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Provide accurate, complete, and current identification information
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Have a valid email address and phone number for account verification
- Not be listed on sanctions lists or prohibited persons databases
4. Account Access and Registration
To access and use our services, you must register and obtain valid credentials:
- Register on our web platform or mobile application with valid identification
- Obtain a valid username and password for account access
- Alternatively, visit our nearest agent location for in-person services
- Provide accurate customer information for transaction processing

- Your account is personal and must never be shared with anyone

7. Foreign Exchange Services
Easy Financial Services is engaged in buying and selling foreign currencies. All foreign exchange transactions comply with AML/CFT regulations prescribed by the Central Bank of The Gambia and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund Request Process:
Customers believing they are entitled to a refund must submit a formal refund request to our customer service department including:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
- Detailed reason for refund request
Cancellation Terms:
Following cancellation of a money transfer, we will refund your money less applicable charges within 10 days of your cancellation request, provided the funds have not been received or deposited into the recipient's account. All charges and risks following cancellation requests are the customer's liability.

We collect personal data solely for service provision and regulatory compliance. The types of personal data we collect include:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia. All disputes, claims, and disagreements arising from or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of The Gambia courts.
